Summary
Our client who is a Lloyds Broker is looking for a Claims Technician to join their expanding Claims department in the London office. The purpose of the role is to process and manage claims across the business.
Main Duties:
* Deal with Property and Liability claims
* Handling business mainly from US, Canada and Australia
* Processing Bordereaux via BinderCloud and GlobalXB
* Checking and updating information supplied by the TPA/ Coverholders
* Ensuring figures are correctly included on the statements and database
* Setting up and monitoring of loss funds
* File management
* Setting up new claims and managing the process
* USing ECF/ CLASS to set up, manage and report claims to Underwriters
* Ensuring individual and Bordereaux collections are processed
* Deal with claims across Binders, Open Market, and Lineslips
Essential Skills Required:
* Previous experience within a similar Claims role
* Strong Technical knowledge of dealing/ processing claims within Lloyds/ London market
* Good IT skills including all MS Office
* Use of ECF
Desirable:
* Good organisation skills
* Knowledge of Global XB
* Understanding of Faster Claims Processing (FCP)
