We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an innovative, global (re)insurance business who are expanding their London Market and European footprint. The Client Liaison Executive will work closely with UK and European based MGA's partners who are seeking additional capacity solutions in the Chinese and Far East markets. This will be an expansive role that will evolve over time and grow with the successful candidate. You will play a key part in contributing to the Annual Business Plan.

Overview

  • Seek to develop new relationships and promote the companies service provision.
  • Support clients with the DUA application and registration processes.
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of the on-boarding procedures to ensure a seamless delivery.
  • Provide guidance and ongoing support to clients.
  • Performance & compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Process and administer monthly bordereaux and maintain paper and digital records.
  • Close liaison with colleagues based in Hong Kong and China.

What you need to show

  • 5 years experience within the DUA insurance environment.
  • Knowledge of due diligence and on-boarding processes.
  • Able to manage monthly bordereaux.
  • A track record of providing strong client service and relationship management.
  • Willingness to develop new business opportunities.
