Summary An opportunity for someone with 12 to 18 months insurance market related experience who is looking for chance to build a a long-term career in the international / Lloyds insurance market. Our client is an established Lloyds accredited broker who specialise in the placement and management of open market & binding authorities arranged on behalf of clients across North America, and Australasia. US Broker Technician This is fantastic role for someone who is keen to learn new knowledge, develop skills and progress in a dynamic business environment. A comprehensive program of training and skills development will be provided in addition to CII study support. Focusing on US transportation risks, you will provide a diverse range of technical and administrative support services to ensure the effective delivery of a high standard of service to clients and insurers. The role will evolve and expand over time as your knowledge and skills develop. What you need to show * A minimum of 12 months working experience within the general insurance sector. * Working within the Lloyds / London market would be ideal. * An affinity with IT systems and accurate data entry skills. * Use of Global XB would be ideal, but not essential. * A desire to learn and develop new skills * Confident communication skills * A flexible approach to duties and responsibilities * Good organisation skills What is on offer * Permanent contract * Salary to £30,000 + annual performance bonus * Hybrid working flexibility – 3 days in City office & 2 days at home * Benefits package – Bupa, pension, 25 days holiday per year + others
