Summary
Our client, a large Lloyds Insurance Broker, has an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Broker to join their growing Live Events Broking team in London. The role involves servicing the insurance needs of customers, ensuring documents are obtained and dispatched promptly, and resolving issues efficiently.
Main Duties:
- Support management and colleagues throughout the company
- Achieve a thorough understanding of insurance basics, principles, and the broking market
- Answer calls promptly and handle inquiries professionally
- Deal with client inquiries
- Communicate with clients, insurers, third parties via phone and email
- Generate correspondence to clients, insurers, and third parties
- Notify insurers of changes and new cover issued
- Obtain and submit completed client documentation promptly
- Process, check, and dispatch policy documentation
- Handle mid-term adjustments
- Issue renewal review notices and documentation
- Update records with changes or amendments
- Pursue outstanding renewal premiums
- Create new policy records for risks
Key Skills Required:
- On target or completed 3 A-Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above)
