You will :

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Corporate Finance assignments (M&A, or Debt Advisory, or Restructuring) for corporate and private equity clients.
• Leverage shared origination, marketing, and operational resources while maintaining full commercial control.
• Access larger mandates and higher‑quality deal flow through collaboration with other senior advisors, nationwide.

The Person

This opportunity will suit proven Corporate Finance professionals with strong transaction experience and an entrepreneurial mindset.

You may be :

• An independent advisor (or leading a small advisory practice) seeking to scale with support, or
• Operating at Director / Partner level in practice, looking for greater independence and reward.

You will bring :

• Experience managing full deal lifecycles and a strong professional network.
• A collaborative, relationship‑driven approach.
• Relevant professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent).
• And be UK‑based & professionally established within your region.
