POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with strong technical expertise and excellent client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IAM principles, security frameworks, and hands-on experience with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Entra ID Governance including workflows and Access Packages, Active Directory, HR systems of record (e.g. Workday, Oracle HR) and the development of automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes, using low-code solutions such as Power Automate.

You will work closely with project teams and clients to design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable identity solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of automated IAM solutions for enterprise environments
  • Provide expert technical advice to sales and project teams
  • Engage in customer workshops and meetings to understand identity requirements
  • Implement identity lifecycle management, role-based access controls (RBAC), and identity governance processes
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Entra ID Governance, workflows, Access Packages, Active Directory, and application access management
  • Conduct assessments of existing IAM solutions and recommend improvements
  • Support migration from legacy identity systems to modern cloud-based platforms
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, security baselines, and operational guides
  • Ensure solutions comply with relevant security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
  • Work within defined change management and governance frameworks

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • English level C1 or above
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (desirable)
  • Deep understanding of IAM principles and best practices
  • Proven experience in IAM integrations with common HR systems of record, including Oracle HR, Workday,
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and identity federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features (e.g., Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Identity Protection)
  • Power Platform low code development experience (required)
  • PowerShell scripting experience for automation and administration (required)
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt) (desirable)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid identity integrations
  • Experience with Zero Trust frameworks (desirable)
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
