We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal hospital team in the fantastic Leeds area, West Yorkshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Surgical vet with a PgC or similar in surgery, or looking to work towards it.
  • Work alongside the Surgical Director, performing advanced and more routine surgical procedures.
  • Handle a diverse and advanced surgical caseload.
  • Full-time opportunity including 1 in 4 weekends on a rota and with a fixed day off per week (part-time hours may also be considered).
  • The practice is a purpose-built, RCVS accredited hospital with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment including an on-site CT scanner.
  • Ideally, you will also be happy to mentor junior colleagues, including the VetGDP programme.
  • Join a highly skilled team of 18 vets, including multiple certificate holders.

Person Requirements:

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Registered with the RCVS.
  • Experienced surgical vet.
  • PgC or similar in surgery, or looking to work towards it.

Benefits:
