We are recruiting for a Vet Surgeon to join the team at a first opinion small animal practice in the famous Blackpool area of coastal Lancashire.

  • Excellent full time permanent role working just 3 days a week and including one weekday night on call every two weeks and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota.
  • full accommodation on site is available for you during the night shifts
  • practice is busy and growing with up to date facilities and technologies including a new building and a brand-new 64 Slice CT scanner.
  • wide and varied caseload including dogs, cats, rabbit, exotics and birds.
  • ideally you will have experience in practice and be confident in consulting and performing routine surgeries.
  • role will require sole charge for OOH cover.
  • you will join a fantastic, close knit and friendly team in a supportive team environment.

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
  • Registered with the RCVS
