We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Registered Vet Nurse to lead and manage the nursing team at a successful and growing small animal veterinary practice in City of Liverpool area.
- oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing team
- ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- Clinical Coach qualification is desirable.
Role
- excellent full time permanent opportunity including some weekends on a rota and no OOH.
- practice is purpose-built and RCVS-accredited with super facilities and up to date technologies and equipment.
- role will require you to oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing team and ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- ideally you will already have 5 years' post-qualification nursing experience and previous leadership, supervisory or senior nursing experience.
- Clinical Coach qualification is desirable.

Requirements
- Qualified Vet Nurse
- Registered with RCVS
- 5 years' post-qualification nursing experience
- previous leadership experience.
Salary package
- Salary to £38,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
- CPD allowance, pension scheme, paid RCVS and VDS memberships, paid holidays, sickness pay, enhanced family friendly policies etc
