We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a first opinion small animal veterinary practice located south of the city of Sheffield area. Excellent full‑time opportunity working 40 hours per week with 1 in 4 weekends on a rota and no on‑call.
The practice is modern with state‑of‑the‑art equipment; digital x‑ray, ultrasound, blood pressure monitoring, in‑house lab facilities etc. Caseload is varied with a good mix of consulting and surgeries. Ideally you will have some experience in practice and be confident with routine medicine and surgical procedures.
Role offers excellent development opportunities with support and funding for certificates. You will join a friendly and supportive team of 4 vets. Well located to the south of the City of Sheffield with easy M1 motorway access and on the edge of the Peak District with beautiful surroundings.
Person Requirements- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
- Registered with the RCVS.
- Some experience in practice.
- Confident with routine medicine and surgical procedures.
- Salary to £50,000.00 per annum + excellent benefits (subject to experience).
