Veterinary Surgeon Vacancy – Part Time Nights – Taunton, Somerset
Join a busy RCVS accredited Small Animal Hospital for a single-charge Night Veterinary Surgeon role. FTE salary up to £70,000.00 per annum.
Key responsibilities
- Operate sole charge emergency and critical care on Friday and Saturday nights, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
- Work alongside an out‑of‑hours nursing team and an additional Vet on twilight hours.
- Provide high‑quality surgical and medical care in a purpose built, fully equipped facility.
- Ensure efficient patient flow and accurate record keeping.
Required qualifications
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
- Registered with the RCVS.
- Experience in emergency or critical care.
- Confident to work sole charge.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
