We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a successful small animal veterinary practice in the Maidstone area of Kent
- full time opportunity with 1 in 3 weekend rota and no OOH (part time hours may be considered)
- wide variety of cases and carry out all routine surgery as well as soft tissue and some basic orthopaedics in house.
- practice is purpose built and well equipped including digital X-ray and ultrasound and would consider the purchase of further specialist equipment.
- role would suit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (3+ years qualified) to help build and shape our surgery
- join a talented and friendly clinical team with a a variety of interests and certificate holders in medicine and surgery.
- If you have a particular interest in surgery or diagnostic imaging that would be wonderful, but not essential.
- CPD allowance, Certificate study supported and RCVS, BVA and VDS fees paid.
- well located for easy access to beautiful surrounding countryside and beaches, easy reach of Gatwick and Heathrow airports and also the Eurostar with free onsite parking.
- Relocation / welcome package and funded visa sponsorship available
Person Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- experienced Veterinary Surgeon (3+ years qualified)
