We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a busy, successful small animal veterinary hospital in the SHEFFIELD area of South Yorkshire

  • excellent full time opportunity working on the hospital day rota with no OOH. (part time hours may be considered)
  • practice is an established, busy and successful small animal hospital equipped with advanced medical technologies; CT scanner, rigid and flexible endoscopes, ultrasound etc.
  • you will be joining the first opinion day team.
  • ideally you will already have 2 years + experience in practice with good routine surgical and medical skills
  • join a friendly, welcoming 14 Vet team offering a broad spectrum of services; first opinion, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, minimally invasive surgery, stem cell therapy, chemotherapy etc.
  • CPD is actively encouraged and supported.
  • well located near to the city of Sheffield in South Yorkshire with excellent transport links and the stunning Peak district nearby.

Person Requirements

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
  • Registered with the RCVS
  • already have 2 years + experience in practice
  • good routine surgical and medical skills
