We are now recruiting for a Clinical Director to lead, mentor and manage a senior Vet team at a successful small animal veterinary practice in Northampton area, East Midlands.
- Excellent full-time opportunity with flexibility in hours; candidate may be asked to participate in a weekend rota.
- Practice is established and modern, part of a local group with a brand-new state-of-the-art hospital and up-to-date technologies and equipment.
- This is a senior clinical lead role suitable for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical skills and prior leadership experience.
- Role requires managing a team of senior vets and branch heads, setting clinical strategy and standards, and driving clinical excellence.
- Location offers great transport links, access to city life and countryside; relocation packages are available.

Person Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
