We are now recruiting for a Vet Surgeon to join a successful first opinion small animal veterinary practice in Bury St Edmunds area of SUFFOLK

• excellent full time opportunity with no weekends and no OOH
• practice is modern and well equipped with digital x-ray and ultrasound, in-house laboratory, cat, dog and exotic wards, separate dental suite etc.
• caseload is a balance of medical and surgical cases with a wildlife fund to treat stray animals and wildlife.
• Clinic is Cat and Rabbit friendly
• experience in general practice is required and you will be confident with routine surgeries and consults.
• friendly, supportive and welcoming team that enjoy social activities together
• practice allows you to bring your dog to work
• two bedroom flat and a vehicle are available for you for the first 3 months
• CPD funding and certificate study supported.
• in beautiful location near to Bury St Edmunds with good transport links direct trains to Norwich in 20 minutes and beaches and forest nearby.
• Visa sponsorship available

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• experience in general practice is required
• confident with routine surgeries and consults.
