Veterinary Nurse Vacancy – Sheffield Area (to £32K)

We are NOW recruiting for a Registered Vet Nurse to join a fabulous nursing team at a fantastic small animal veterinary hospital in the City of Sheffield area, South Yorkshire.

Role

  • Excellent full time opportunity working 42 hours a week includes some weekends on a rota and no OOH.
  • Practice is a Small Animal Hospital with super facilities and up to date state of the art technologies and equipment.
  • Ideally you will already have good general nursing experience and great customer service skills.
  • Varied and interesting nursing role offers a superb opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential.
  • Role will include a broad range of small animal nursing duties including admitting patients, monitoring anaesthetics, recovering, and discharging patients, assisting advanced neurology cases, CT’s and surgical assist with endoscopy surgeries etc.
  • Join an exceptional nursing team of 24 RVNs with a variety of interests and specialisms.
  • CPD funding and support for further study is available.
  • Fantastic location to enjoy city life of Sheffield, with great transport links and easy motorway access.

Requirements

  • Qualified Vet Nurse.
  • Registered with RCVS.
  • Good general small animal nursing experience.
  • Great customer service skills.

Salary Package

  • Salary to £32,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience.
