Veterinary Nurse Vacancy – AYR, Scotland (to £32K)

We are NOW recruiting for a Registered Vet Nurse to join a fabulous nursing team at a fantastic small animal veterinary practice in desirable AYR area, Scotland.

Role

  • Excellent full time opportunity includes 1 in 4 Saturday rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
  • Practice offers super facilities and up-to-date state-of-the-art technologies and equipment: multi-parameter monitors, fluid pumps, BP monitors, ultrasound etc.
  • Caseload is a good mix of cats, dogs and some rabbits and small furries.
  • Varied and interesting nursing role including leading consults, monitoring anaesthetics, in-patient care, schedule 3 etc.
  • Role offers a great development opportunity with plenty of support available from four highly experienced senior nurses, three fabulous clinical nurse managers.
  • Join an exceptional nursing team of 14 RVNs with a variety of interests and specialist training in acupuncture, pain management, behaviour, and Schedule 3 surgical procedures.
  • CPD funding and support for further study.
  • Fantastic location in popular seaside town on the west coast of Scotland with stunning scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and only 37 miles from the vibrant City of Glasgow.

  • Qualified Vet Nurse
  • Registered with RCVS

Salary Package

  • Salary to £32,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
