We are recruiting for a Small Animal and Equine Vet to join a successful veterinary practice on the island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands. The role includes a full-time position with a 1 in 8 on-call rota. The package includes regular paid flights to the UK and a bonus scheme.
Responsibilities
- Join a growing 11-vet team, each with their own professional interests, including several Certificate holders.
- Work with a caseload that is around 95% companion animal; potential to allocate more work to equine practice if desired.
- Contribute to high-quality small animal medicine and surgery; experience in equine work is desirable.
- Be motivated to develop your career within a well-equipped practice.
Practice and Facilities
Two modern purpose-built surgeries; busy and well-equipped with the latest CT scanner, hydrotherapy facilities, laser, and standard diagnostic/therapeutic equipment.

Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
- Registered with the RCVS.
- Experience in small animal medicine and surgery.
- Experience in equine work.
