We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a growing small animal practice near to the city of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. This is a full-time opportunity working 40 hours a week, including 1 in 3 Saturdays and no Sundays. The practice has superb facilities and equipment including an operating theatre, multiple consult rooms, digital x-ray, isolation unit, separate dog/cat wards, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and laser therapy.

The role involves a varied caseload with routine and non-routine consultations and frequent surgeries. Ideally, you will already have experience in first opinion practice and be capable of sole charge. Join a friendly, welcoming, and growing Vet team supported by an amazing nursing team.

Person Requirements:

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine
  • Registered with the RCVS
  • Experienced veterinary surgeon
  • Experience in first opinion practice
  • Capable of sole charge
