Vet Surgeon Vacancy – Hospital Day Vet – DONCASTER area (to £75K)
Overview
We are recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the day team at a small animal veterinary hospital near the City of Doncaster in South Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
- excellent full time opportunity with hours worked on the hospital day rota (part time hours may also be considered)
- practice is a successful small animal hospital and is fully equipped with advanced medical technologies; CT scanner, rigid and flexible endoscopes, ultrasound etc.
- ideally you will already have at least 2 years + experience and be confident in handling routine surgical and medical cases.
- join a wider Hospital Vet team of 14 Vets offering a broad spectrum of services; first opinion, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, minimally invasive surgery, stem cell therapy, chemotherapy etc.
- this role is within the hospital first-opinion day team
- CPD allowance and professional development supported

Person Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- already have 2 years + experience in practice
