We are recruiting for a Registered Vet Nurse to join the nurse team at a small animal veterinary practice in the desirable southwest London area.
Role
- Excellent full-time opportunity includes 1 in 4 weekends and no OOH.
- Practice has had a huge recent investment and has a complete new refurbishment and extension to provide super new facilities and up-to-date state of the art technologies and equipment.
- Caseload is a good mix of cats, dogs, rabbits and some exotic cases.
- Varied and interesting nursing role including anaesthetic monitoring, inpatient care, nurse consults, radiography, ultrasonography, assisting with surgery and schedule 3 etc.
- Role offers a great development opportunity particularly if you have an interest in and want to learn about the practice as a business.
- You will join a team of 6 Vets and a lovely nursing team of 8 with support from a reception team, practice administrator and practice manager.
- CPD funding and support for further study with 1 Vet currently studying for an Exotics cert and 2 RVNs studying for additional qualifications.
- Fantastic location in desirable Southwest London area with easy access to central London, great transport links, walk to train.
Requirements
- Qualified Vet Nurse.
- Registered with RCVS.
Salary Package
- Salary to £36,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience.
- CPD, paid holidays, paid professional fees, pension scheme, enhanced family friendly policies, exclusive rewards and discounts etc.
