We are now recruiting for a Vet Surgeon to join the fantastic team at a small animal veterinary hospital in the sought after Sheffield area, South Yorkshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-time working day shifts with some participation in the OOH rota.
  • Practice is a 24 hour first opinion small animal independent RCVS accredited hospital and is fully equipped with fantastic facilities.
  • Ideally you will already have experience in practice with good routine surgical and medical skills and looking to progress.
  • Role requires confidence in sole charge.
  • Join a fantastic hospital team of an experienced team of 7 Veterinary Surgeons, 9 Nurses, 4 Receptionists.
  • CPD allowance and certificates encouraged and supported.
  • Fantastic South Yorkshire location to enjoy city life of Sheffield and also Leeds, fantastic transport links, stunning countryside and a welcoming community.
  • Role requires UK driving licence.

Person Requirements:

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Registered with the RCVS.
  • Good routine surgical and medical skills.
  • Confidence in sole charge.
  • Role requires UK driving licence.
