We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Vet Surgeon to lead and manage the team at a small animal veterinary practice in Redruth, Cornwall.
Responsibilities
- Full-time role with a rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays; no Sundays and no out-of-hours (OOH).
- Lead, mentor and manage a clinical team; provide strong clinical and operational leadership.
- Practice is spacious and well-equipped with excellent facilities and equipment.
- Develop and support clinical interests; certification encouraged and fully funded.
- Maintain high standards of GP practice with strong surgical and medical skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
- Registered with the RCVS.
- Head Vet or experienced/senior Vet looking to step up.
- Wealth of experience in GP practice.
- Strong surgical and medical skills; able to lead, mentor and manage a clinical team.
