We are now recruiting for a Clinical Director to join the team at a thriving RCVS accredited small animal practice in the stunning Perth area of Central Scotland on the Highlands borders. Excellent full‑time permanent opportunity includes 1 in 5 on call rota with TOIL. Practice is an established, purpose‑built, RCVS‑accredited small animal practice with up‑to‑date technologies and equipment. Role is ideal for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon ready to step into a senior leadership position. Desirable to lead and develop a team, play a key role in practice development, and take on management responsibilities alongside clinical work. A particular clinical interest or certificate pursuit will be supported. Enthusiastic and supportive team excited to welcome their next leader. Fantastic location in beautiful Perthshire, recently voted one of the top five places to live in the UK.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Registered with the RCVS.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
  • Willingness to play a key role in practice development.
  • Ability to take on management responsibilities alongside clinical work.
