We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing and successful small animal practice in City of Nottingham area.
- excellent full time permanent role working 40 hours a week including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
- practice is established, successful and purpose built to industry leading standards with state of the art equipment; Digital x-ray, ultrasound, EGC, ultrasonic dental, biochem, microscope and full surgical facilities.
- Ideally you will already have good experience in practice, confident in a wide range of surgical procedures and able to support and mentor junior vets within the team.
- support is available if you wish to study towards a certificate.
- join a fabulous team of 4 Vets, 3 Nurses, 2 Veterinary Care Assistants and 4 Receptionists.
- fantastic location surrounded by local shops, conveniently close to main A roads, 10 minutes from M1 motorway and only 5 minutes into the city centre.
Person Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- good experience in practice
- confident in a wide range of surgical procedures
- able to support and mentor junior vets within the team.
