We have an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic independently owned small animal veterinary practice in the Northampton area, Northamptonshire. Full‑time hours including a 1 in 4 weekend rota with no OOH, no on‑call and no bank holidays. The practice is family owned, run and proudly independent with fantastic facilities, up‑to‑date equipment and technologies including laparoscopes, new digital DR x‑ray, dental x‑ray & ultrasound. Caseload is busy, growing, wide and varied and can support your interests and ambitions.

Ideally you will be a passionate, experienced vet with good routine surgical and medical skills. Join a fabulous, friendly team of 5 vets and 5 nurses and enjoy regular team day outings. Enjoy fantastic benefits including an annual bonus with a guaranteed minimum first‑year bonus of £5,000. Well located in the beautiful Midlands county of Northamptonshire on the borders of Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire with beautiful countryside nearby and excellent transport links. Relocation package is available.

Person Requirements

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Registered with the RCVS.
  • Passionate, experienced vet.
  • Good routine surgical and medical skills.
