Veterinary Surgeon Vacancy - NIGHT VET - Manchester Area (to £80K FTE)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Night Vet to join the OOH team at a small animal veterinary hospital in the Manchester area.

• Typical work pattern would involve 5 nights every 3 weeks
• Practice is a 24 hour RCVS accredited small animal hospital with superb facilities and some state‑of‑the‑art equipment including CT scanner
• Varied role caring for inpatients at the hospital and seeing A&E patients OOH.
• Role would suit an experienced veterinary surgeon with good surgical and medical skills
• Sole charge, so experience is needed.
• Well located in a lovely part of the world close to both the Peak district and the Lake District, with excellent transport links and a short train ride to the vibrant City of Manchester.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• Experienced veterinary surgeon
• Good surgical and medical skills
• Able to work sole charge
