We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Registered Vet Nurse to cover a period of maternity leave at a small animal veterinary practice in the Guildford area of Surrey.
Role
- Fixed Term Contract for 12 months - start ASAP
- Working 4 days a week including a 1 in 4 weekend rota and no OOH
- Practice has advanced facilities at their flagship state-of-the-art hospital and well equipped community branches
- This is a sole RVN position at a branch practice
- Interesting and varied role including nurse consults, patient admissions/discharges, anaesthesia monitoring, surgical nursing and in-patient care and recovery
- This role requires an experienced RVN, confident with sole charge, nurse clinics and tricky anaesthetics
- Join a lovely close-knit team of 1 Vet, 1 Nurse and a Receptionist
- Well located in the Surrey hills, surrounded by some beautiful nature attractions and historic sites, just over an hour away from London

- Qualified Vet Nurse
- Registered with RCVS
- Experienced RVN
Salary Package
- Salary to £35,000 per annum to reflect your experience
- CPD Allowance, paid holidays, paid RCVS, VDS + 1 other professional fees, workplace pension scheme, health care scheme, company sick pay, enhanced family friendly policies, discounted veterinary fees, cycle to Work scheme
