We have an exciting opportunity for a Vet Surgeon to join a growing team at a successful small animal veterinary practice in the Glasgow area, Scotland. Full‑time permanent opportunity; the practice covers their own on‑call and has an on‑call rota; flexible working hours can be tailored to your lifestyle.

This state‑of‑the‑art flagship practice is RCVS accredited with exceptional equipment including laser therapy, video endoscopy, ultrasound, digital X‑ray, etc. Ideally you are an experienced Veterinary Surgeon able to work some periods of sole charge when on call. This role offers a brilliant development opportunity due to the wide and busy caseload and good support structure. You will join a 14‑person Vet team including multiple certificate holders. Superb location between the cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh, surrounded by stunning countryside, waterfalls, lochs and woodlands with easy commuting via the M74 motorway.

Person Requirements

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Registered with the RCVS.
  • Experienced Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Able to work some periods of sole charge when on call.
