We are recruiting for a Registered Vet Nurse to join the nursing team at a small animal veterinary practice near the Glasgow area, Scotland.

Role

  • Full time 40 hours a week with 1 in 4 weekends on a rota and no OOH.
  • Practice is RCVS accredited, well-established, friendly, mixed practice with fantastic up to date equipment and technologies.
  • Role is interesting and varied including theatre and prep work, caring for patients post op and isolation patients, stock control of pharmacy, lab work, nurse consultations, nurse clinics etc.
  • Professional development encouraged and supported.
  • You will join a supportive network of vets, nurses, ACAs and receptionists.
  • Fantastic location with easy access to enjoy the city life of Glasgow, great transport links by bus, train and ferry to Glasgow, Dunoon, Largs, Loch Lomond, with the Trossachs National Park and coastal towns and beaches are all nearby.

  • Qualified Vet Nurse
  • Registered with RCVS

Salary Package

  • Salary to £33,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience.
  • CPD Allowance, paid holidays, paid RCVS and VDS fees, healthcare scheme, workplace pension scheme, enhanced family friendly policies, discounted veterinary fees, cycle to work scheme, etc.
