We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a first opinion small animal practice in a desirable area of City of Cardiff, South Wales. This role offers a full time position with a 4-day week and a 1 in 5 Saturday rota, with no Sundays, no Bank Holidays and no OOH.

Responsibilities:

  • Full time working 4 days a week including a 1 in 5 Saturdays rota with no Sundays, no Bank Holidays and no OOH.
  • The practice is an RCVS accredited, small animal veterinary practice with 3 branches and is fully equipped with up to date equipment and technologies.
  • Ideally you will be a good all rounder Vet skilled in both medical and surgical cases.
  • Join a large team of 20 vets and nurses with a range of experience including several certificate holders.
  • Great development role with further qualifications encouraged and supported.

Cardiff is the capital city of Wales with all the amenities of city life, easy access to the mountains of the Brecon Beacons and to the beautiful coastline of South Wales.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Registered with the RCVS.
  • Good all-rounder Vet skilled in both medical and surgical cases.
