We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Vet Nurse to join a successful small animal veterinary hospital in the city of Cardiff area, Wales.
Role
Excellent opportunity working a popular 7 on then 7 off rota. Monday to Friday are twilight shifts till midnight and Saturdays/Sundays shifts are full nights. Practice is a multi-disciplinary Hospital and is fully equipped with modern facilities; CT Scanner, Advanced Ultrasonography, Endosurgery facilities, extensive blood analysis equipment (TEG, blood gases etc). Dedicated ECC wards, Dedicated orthopaedic, soft tissue and exotic theatres, Dental suite etc. This role would suit an experienced RVN with substantial clinical knowledge and skills. Ideally you will be able to work independently and be confident in providing advanced nursing care to critical patients. Fantastic location to enjoy the fabulous city of Cardiff and with the coastal towns of the Vale of Glamorgan and the mountains of the Valleys and Brecon Beacons National Park on the doorstep.
Requirements
- Qualified Vet Nurse.
- Registered with RCVS.
- Strong foundation in general nursing.
- Experienced RVN with substantial clinical knowledge and skills.
- Confident providing advanced nursing care to critical patients.
Salary Package
Salary to £34,000.00 per annum FTE to reflect your experience. CPD Allowance, paid holidays, Health Insurance scheme, paid professional fees, pension scheme, Life Insurance, company sick pay, enhanced family friendly policies, Colleague Discount etc.
