We have an amazing opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at an independently owned small animal veterinary practice in the Brighton area of Sussex.

Overview

  • Full‑time position, 4 days a week including 1 in 6 weekends on a rota. No OOH.
  • The practice is established, successful and independently owned with modern, up‑to‑date facilities and equipment.
  • Busy and varied caseload will aid clinical progression.
  • Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years of practice experience with routine surgical and medical skills and are ready to grow in any areas of special interest.

Responsibilities

  • Full‑time hours worked over 4 days a week including 1 in 6 weekends on a rota and no OOH.
  • Provide surgical and medical care in a busy, varied caseload to advance clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with a fantastic, dedicated and highly qualified team where everyone feels respected and valued.

Person Requirements

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Registered with the RCVS.
  • At least 2+ years experience in practice.
