We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Vet Nurse to join an independently owned veterinary practice in the Basingstoke area of Hampshire.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent full-time opportunity with hours worked over 5 days a week, including 1 in 2 Saturday mornings on a rota; no Sundays and no OOH.
  • Part-time hours may also be considered.
  • Practice is independently owned with modern, up-to-date facilities and equipment (digital radiography, ultrasonography, Idexx in-house integrated laboratory, dedicated surgical facilities, etc.).
  • Caseload is interesting and varied and includes some in-house orthopaedic procedures.
  • Role requires some experience in practice and includes: anaesthetic monitoring, inpatient care, nurse consults, radiography, ultrasonography, theatre nursing, etc.
  • Generous CPD allowance and professional development encouraged.
  • Join a dynamic, friendly and supportive team in a family-owned practice.
  • CPD funding and RCVS and VDS fees paid.
  • Nurses can take up to six weeks leave per annum.
  • Excellent location with easy access to the M3, good local transport links, near the North Wessex Downs and fast trains into London (approximately 34 minutes).
