We have a rarely available opportunity for a Part‑time Vet Surgeon to join a busy, successful small animal practice in the Barnsley area, South Yorkshire.
Part‑time opportunity working 3 long days with 1 in 4 weekends and no OOH. Practice is a centre of excellence, equipped with advanced medical technologies; CT scanner, rigid and flexible endoscopes, ultrasound etc. Role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon confident in handling routine surgical and medical cases. You will join a friendly, welcoming first‑opinion day team and be part of a wider team of 14 Vets. Professional development is encouraged and supported. Generous CPD allowance and paid professional memberships. Fantastic Yorkshire location between the cities of Sheffield, Doncaster and Leeds with easy motorway connections for commuting and near to the stunning Peak District area.
Person Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
- Registered with the RCVS.
- Confident in handling routine surgical and medical cases.
