We are recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a busy, successful small animal hospital in the City of Sheffield area, South Yorkshire. Excellent full‑time opportunity although part‑time hours may also be considered. The practice is a busy 24‑hour small animal RCVS accredited hospital and is fully equipped with superb facilities.
Role requires experience in practice and good surgical and medical skills. Great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy hospital and to improve your skills. Professional development is supported and funded to certificate level. You will join an experienced, friendly and supportive 7‑vet team including a peripatetic orthopaedic surgeon and a cardiologist. Well located in the City of Sheffield area, with excellent transport links for easy commuting, nearby Manchester and Leeds, and surrounded by stunning countryside of the Peak District.
Person Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
- Registered with the RCVS.
- The post requires a UK driving licence.
