A well-established logistics business is looking to appoint a Regional Health & Safety Manager to support a key Southern region, covering two primary sites in Hampshire and West London, with limited oversight of a third location in Essex. Reporting in to the Head of Health & Safety, this is a visible, influential role where you'll partner closely with operational leadership to drive a positive safety culture across a complex, fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Lead H&S across multiple logistics sites, embedding practical, workable safety standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor to site and regional leadership teams, influencing at all levels
  • Drive improvements in engagement, compliance and behavioural safety culture
  • Oversee and challenge incident investigations, ensuring robust root cause analysis
  • Monitor H&S systems, training compliance and site-level performance metrics
  • Support audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Pragmatic, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously across a region
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a relationship-led approach
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
