Our client, a logistics service provider, is looking for an Operations Performance Analyst to join a key customer account, helping to shape how performance is understood, measured and improved.

You'll be at the centre of the operation — working with operational teams, customer stakeholders and internal functions to turn data into insight that genuinely influences decisions. This isn't just about reporting. It's about asking the right questions, spotting what others might miss, and using data to drive better service and smarter ways of working.

What you'll get involved in:

  • Turning operational data into clear, actionable insight that supports performance and decision-making
  • Monitoring KPIs and identifying trends, risks and opportunities across the contract
  • Working closely with operations and stakeholders to understand data needs and improve reporting
  • Strengthening data quality, governance and consistency across the account
  • Supporting the development of more efficient tools, systems and reporting platforms
  • Contributing to continuous improvement, using data to help shape better outcomes for the customer

What you'll bring:

  • A natural curiosity for data and how it can be used to tell a story
  • An understanding of distribution and warehouse operations and systems (WMS / TMS) - highly desirable
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret contractual data and trend analysis, and convert into effective Management Information
  • Strong Excel / advanced MS Office skills, with exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos etc)
  • A structured, detail-focused approach, balanced with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
