MVP are delighted to exclusively partner with a UK logistics organisation who are currently in the process of undergoing significant growth and as such are looking to expand their people business partner team. This role will be based primarily from home with occasional travel to sites.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while supporting the delivery of an ambitious People Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with leaders to provide expert, pragmatic HR advice aligned to the People Strategy
- Acting as the first point of contact for all employee relations matters
- Managing complex ER cases with confidence, empathy and sound judgement
- Coaching and upskilling managers to build capability and confidence in people management
- Supporting absence management, wellbeing initiatives and long-term sickness cases
- Contributing to organisational change, restructures and TUPE transfers
- Developing, reviewing and embedding HR policies and people processes
- Leading and supporting people-focused projects that drive improvement
- Advising on performance management and capability processes
- Producing insightful people data and board-level reporting to inform decision-making
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
Required Skills
- Strong experience in a People Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
- Proven capability managing complex employee relations cases
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience delivering people initiatives and supporting change
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
- TUPE experience (desirable - not essential)
