The Opportunity
We are partnering with a market-leading UK logistics specialist currently undergoing a period of growth. As a result, they are looking for a high-calibre Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of high-impact workstreams.
From orchestrating complex new customer implementations to driving operational transformations, this role offers high visibility across the business. You won't just be managing tasks—you will be the bridge between commercial promises and operational reality.
The Role
- Project Lifecycle: Own projects from inception to 'go-live,' ensuring seamless delivery across multi-site environments.
- Stakeholder Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and external clients, managing expectations and navigating complex requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement Lean-led efficiencies to enhance margin and service delivery.
- Budget & Resource Governance: Maintain rigorous control over timelines, vendor management, and P&L impacts.
About You
- Sector DNA: Proven experience delivering projects within Logistics, 3PL, or Supply Chain.
- Complexity: Experience managing multi-site implementations or multi-million pound budgets.
- Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in MS Project and SharePoint; a Prince2 or APM qualification is highly preferred.
- The 'Edge': Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a significant advantage—we want someone who looks for the 'better way.'
- Mobility: Full UK driving license and a willingness to travel as projects require.
