Birmingham Business Park / Hybrid (1-2 days remote per week) Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

MVP is partnering with a rapidly growing UK business transforming supply chains through asset tracking technology and sustainable packaging solutions. They are helping major supermarket suppliers improve efficiency, sustainability, and visibility across their operations, combining Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, and 4G technologies to deliver real-time data.

About the Role

As Customer Implementation Analyst, you will support the delivery and rollout of asset tracking solutions across major customers. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll work across customers, product and internal teams to ensure implementations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing portal updates and changes, supporting customers directly, and ensuring data and reporting are accurate. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and operating in a fast-moving environment. The role may involve occasional travel, so flexibility and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Delivery
    • Support onboarding and rollout of new customers and sites
    • Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams
    • Assist with deployments and customer setup
  • Product & Portal
    • Manage testing (QA), bug tracking, and change requests
    • Translate customer and business requirements into clear briefs for developers
    • Act as first point of contact for portal-related issues
  • Customer & Data Support
    • Support customers with queries and platform usage
    • Build and maintain reports
    • Ensure accuracy of data and outputs

Required Skills / Experience

  • Must have:
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Experience coordinating work, projects, or operations
    • Confident working with systems, data, and Excel
    • Strong communication skills (customer + internal teams)
    • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
    • Full UK driving licence required (occasional travel to customer sites)
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience in logistics / supply chain
    • Exposure to SQL, data tools, or technical environments
    • Experience working with product or engineering teams
