Account Manager – Event Logistics Location: Aylesbury Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience) Benefits: 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, pension, on-site parking, cycle to work scheme, life insurance, employee assistance scheme, casual dress code Are you a highly motivated, customer-focused individual with great organisational and planning skills, and a genuine drive to learn and progress? What you\’ll be doing: * Liaise with clients daily from enquiry through to event completion * Prepare quotations and presentations in line with market trends and pricing * Negotiate budgets and quotes with clients and suppliers to protect margins * Manage high volumes of information across calls, emails, and documentation * Multi-task across multiple events while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations * Organise and deliver event logistics including equipment, transport, travel, and admin tasks * Oversee admin support and freelancers on a day-to-day basis * Attend events and site visits (sometimes out of hours) * Provide on-call support via phone/email during events, including evenings and weekends * Communicate daily with internal teams (warehouse, finance, health & safety, etc.) * Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business What you\’ll bring: * Solid customer service or client-facing experience. * Ideally – previous experience gained in, or knowledge of, logistics / warehouse operations. * A strong desire to learn the ins and outs of account management and logistics. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Highly organised with attention to detail. * A proactive, problem-solving approach. * Strong technical abilities and IT skills * The right attitude: Hard-working, adaptable, and genuinely keen to contribute. * Flexibility to be available out of hours to answer calls Why join this team?
