A fast-growing, founder-led fashion brand with a global wholesale and e-commerce presence is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Manager to join on a 3-month fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible. Operating internationally with distribution across UK, US and Far East warehouses, the business supports a major global wholesale network alongside a growing direct-to-consumer channel. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods from manufacturing partners through to global warehouses and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate global shipments from factories to international warehouses
- Manage freight forwarders, couriers and 3PL warehouse partners
- Oversee shipping documentation, customs compliance and tariff classifications
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock movements across multiple warehouses
- Produce regular inventory and logistics reporting
- Resolve shipping, customs or stock discrepancies quickly and efficiently
- Work cross-functionally with operations, production, sales and finance teams to ensure timely delivery to wholesale partners and customers
About You
- Strong experience in international logistics / supply chain operations - ideally gained in fashion / apparel
- Confident managing freight, customs, duties and shipping documentation
- Experience working with global warehouses and 3PL partners
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Fashion or consumer goods experience helpful but not essential
