A well-established logistics business is looking to appoint a Regional Health Safety Manager to support a key Southern region, covering two primary sites in Hampshire and West London, with limited oversight of a third location in Essex. Reporting in to the Head of Health Safety, this is a visible, influential role where you’ll partner closely with operational leadership to drive a positive safety culture across a complex, fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Lead H&S across multiple logistics sites, embedding practical, workable safety standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to site and regional leadership teams, influencing at all levels
- Drive improvements in engagement, compliance and behavioural safety culture
- Oversee and challenge incident investigations, ensuring robust root cause analysis
- Monitor H&S systems, training compliance and site-level performance metrics
- Support audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
