We are looking for multiple enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking drivers to join our well-established team of self-employed multi-drop drivers. The ideal candidates will be true team players committed to delivering excellent service. We are firm believers in developing talent from within and are committed to supporting the growth and progression of our drivers.

We offer a flexible working arrangement, with the opportunity to work up to 6 shifts per week depending on your individual requirements and availability. We operate 7 days a week and can accommodate a working schedule that suits you, whether that be weekdays, weekends, or a combination of both. We particularly welcome drivers who are available for weekend work.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

  • Hold a valid FULL UK/EU manual driving license (held for 12 months) with a maximum of 6 points and no active IN, DR, DD, or TT codes
  • Pass a DBS background check
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations
  • Typically work for 9 hours per day across 5-6 days including weekend working
  • Load vans and deliver parcels in a safe, timely manner
  • Be able to walk up and down flights of stairs without pain or discomfort
  • Be able to lift and deliver packages up to 23kg
  • Able to use an electronic device which can be provided
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Being a team player

Schedule: 9 hour shift, 1-6 days including weekend, day shift.

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus scheme, loyalty bonus, performance bonus, yearly bonus.

Experience: Delivery driver (1 year preferred but not essential), driving (1 year required), van driver (1 year preferred).

License/Certification: UK or EU full manual driving license (required).

Work Authorisation: Hold a valid right to work status in the United Kingdom (required).
