MVF is seeking a Senior People Advisor to act as an autonomous partner across client groups, leading complex employee relations and people initiatives with senior stakeholders. You’ll own ER matters end-to-end, coach managers, and drive multi-location HR projects including DEI and learning programs.
You’ll work closely with the People Partner and support US/EMEA teams, delivering scalable onboarding and lifecycle improvements while enhancing governance and data reporting.
