The team specialises on all Meta-based products, including Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and Messenger (plus the Metaverse…when that matures!). The key to our success is both our entrepreneurial spirit, testing all kinds of weird and wonderful creatives, alongside our razor-sharp analytical ability, drawing meaningful insights from our tests, to inform future strategy.
Being at the forefront of Paid Social advertising, we partner regularly with Meta to produce game-changing case studies, and have many more planned this year!

The Role
You will begin with being enrolled into our acclaimed Paid Social academy! This is a 12 week training program designed to take you from beginner to expert rapidly, covering all aspects of Paid Social marketing, such as the fundamentals of Paid Social, campaign set-up, creative, targeting, bidding, optimisation and scaling (and much more!), with pop quizzes and regular tests along the way to cement your knowledge and gather feedback.
Day-to-day, you will design, create and manage high-performance ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Messenger). As a member of our team, you’ll develop strong analytical skills as well as a keen eye for turning insight into action.
We have a strong culture of creativity, too; you’ll be able to try out almost any creative idea you can think of. We also have our very own in-house creative services department, therefore no whacky idea you have is off limits!
You’ll also have a key role in contributing to the strategy of Paid Social and how we can continuously innovate to provide the most value for MVF and our clients around the world, working closely with our channel account managers.
Working alongside experienced and talented Paid Social Executive, Manager and Specialists, you’ll gain incredible insights into campaign execution, strategy and emerging trends, greatly accelerating your learning curve. Before you know it, you’ll be a true Paid Social expert!

Desirable:
Content Creation – With the rise in short form video content, relevant experience of creating thumbstopping videos (either professionally or personally) is a big plus!
Previous Digital Marketing Experience – Knowledge of creating campaigns & reporting on performance is a big part of the day to day
Proficiency in Excel – Analysing campaign performance data is crucial to continuously optimise campaigns & hit targets, thus a competent understanding of Excel (or similar data analysis tools) will be very useful
