What you’ll be doing
- Hitting marketing plans and growing a portfolio of performance campaigns across Google Search/Display/Demand Gen/PMax and Bing, through in-depth performance analysis and optimisation tests.
- Leading on testing and projects to enable the wider SEM team to advance new products and features.
- Dedicated project/personal development; opportunities to specialise within the business/team (technical strength, creative design, platform knowledge, etc.).
- Collaborating with the Paid Search team in the UK and with three team members in the Austin office.
About you / Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on campaign management experience on Google Ads (Search required; Display and/or YouTube preferred) including implementation of optimisation activities and tests.
- Autonomous with the ability to deliver marketing performance & analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders of varying seniorities.
- Desire to test new platform features and contribute to the team’s strategy and knowledge.
- Evidence of processes and workflows designed or improved, and strong analytical/numerical ability.
- Willingness to take on challenges beyond current role and to thrive in new environments; commitment to self-development and learning new skills.
