Your responsibilities will include:
- Line managing a team of Paid Search executives and specialists. You will be responsible for the personal development of the people you manage, including performance management and salary review and will provide ongoing feedback and support as required.
- Hands on campaign management of some of our highest spending campaigns, working closely with the strategy team to grow your own portfolio and deliver against growth plans.
- Overseeing the performance of the campaigns within your team, setting strategy and prioritising workflow to ensure campaigns scale where possible and hit their target metrics.
- Performance data analysis: Using a variety of data sources to analyze ad performance data, e.g. Click Through Rate, Conversion Rate, and how they impact revenue and profit.
- Take a leading role in Paid Search and wider Marketing Team projects, driving innovation and account development on a long-term basis.
- Execute on value-driving projects - you'll have the opportunity to implement & lead on projects that drive value for MVF and our stakeholders.
- Expert collaboration - build relationships with MVF's expert marketers across multiple channels.
- Keep up to date with industry knowledge to refine your campaign strategies and influence MVF strategy.
Our Ideal MVFer:
- 4 years+ of hands on campaign management experience on Google Ads (Search required, Display and/or YouTube preferred) including implementation of optimization activities and tests.
- 2 years+ of team management experience.
- Evidence of strong analytical and numerical ability.
- A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- A passion for digital marketing and Paid Search in particular.
- A detail-oriented individual with a combination of creative and analytical skills.
- A proactive and independent approach to working life.
