The predicted salary is between 35000 - 42000 £ per year.
Salary range: £35,000–£42,000 (negotiable depending on experience), plus an uncapped commission structure. Realistic year one OTE is £60,000–£70,000, with the potential to exceed this.
The Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be expected to represent MVF with confidence and credibility in front of senior leaders within large organisations who will themselves be skilled negotiators and media buyers. This role will hold you to a higher standard than the BDM position and will come with higher revenue / new business targets. This is a full-cycle sales role that will see you manage relationships with larger clients from initial contact, negotiation, campaign launch, and the first year of billing.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and new business sales
- Spotting opportunities within existing campaigns to upsell and cross-sell accordingly
- Good amount of technical understanding to set up campaigns and lead flow
- Effective negotiation on orders and prices
- Ad hoc competitor analysis and research projects
- Working with the wider cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance teams
- Meeting prospects and clients
- Supporting junior team members
